FAQ
Common questions
Who can invest with Finresi?
Platform access is currently limited to accredited investors. You confirm your accredited status when you create your account, before funding any position.
What returns can I expect?
Finresi focuses on short-term real estate debt with a target annual yield in the 10 to 14 percent range, paid as consistent monthly returns. Target yields vary by loan and are not guaranteed.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment is $15,000, whether you build a portfolio of individual notes or invest in Finresi Fund 1.
How long is my capital committed?
Loans are short term, typically 4 to 12 months. If you need liquidity before a loan matures, you can seek to exit your position through the internal secondary market.
How is my investment secured?
Every loan is backed by a lien on tangible residential or mixed-use real estate. Notes are structured with a first or senior lien position wherever possible.
What is Principal Protection™?
Principal Protection is a dedicated reserve account structured to help insulate your initial investment. It is a structural feature of the platform, not a guarantee against loss.
